Our number one priority is creating a fun, safe, and inclusive space. We take the utmost care in upholding this commitment to our customers and staff.
We have strict policies and procedures in place that create a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests. And we absolutely do not tolerate any acts of racism, violence, harassment, or discrimination against customers or staff.

No Pushing, shoving, or running at any time.
Only one person in the hitting and safety zones at a time.
Please note that the hitting surface is a moveable plate. Take care in stepping on or off of it. If you do not feel safe standing on it while it is shifting, please let us know so we can lock it down. We welcome unaccompanied minors who are working to improve their golf game. However, loitering and horseplay will not be allowed.
We have a non-solicitation policy to protect our customers’ right to uninterrupted simulator time.
